Ginger Huff

I have been designing interiors in the St. Louis Metro area for over 20 years – specializing in both residential and commercial interiors. With a passion for the industry and a vast knowledge of products and resources, I enable my clients to achieve a beautiful environment that boasts a unique appearance, style, and personality.

I have gained an extensive knowledge of the interior design world as a buyer of home fashion products in national and international markets. I was a manager for one of the largest home fashion product stores in the mid-west, and I was also a speaker for the National Decorating Products Association and Co-Presenter of Certified Window Treatment Consultant Programs for Draperies and Window Coverings magazine. Additionally, as a reputable designer in the St. Louis and Southern Illinois Region, I have been featured in several trade publications, and I’m proud to be a member of Interior Design Society.

Amy Swarthout

I began my career in the interior design industry working at a St. Louis decorating center and drapery company as a showroom design consultant. After graduating from Southern Illinois University – Edwardsville with a Bachelors Degree in Sociology and a minor in Business Administration, I was offered a job to manage a showroom in St. Louis for a high-end appliance distributor, W.E. Brandt, Inc.

I had the privilege of working with some of the premier builders, kitchen and bath designers, and architects in the St. Louis area. It was at Brandt that I gained a wealth of knowledge including how to read blue prints, product specification, and the purchasing process. During my years at Brandt, I traveled to Texas, Mississippi, Wisconsin, and other areas to visit the manufacturing facilities of such high-end appliance manufacturers as Viking Range, Asko, and Sub-Zero. During this time, I also served a two-year term as Secretary for NKBA (National Kitchen and Bath Association), St. Louis Chapter.

Upon the birth of my first child, I left Brandt and went to work for my mother’s interior design business to be closer to home. I have been with Ginger Huff Interiors since 2000. I enjoy my multi-faceted role at Ginger Huff Interiors. I am the office manager and design assistant at Ginger Huff Interiors, and I enjoy working on the many exciting residential and commercial projects.
